TDG oversaw the LEED documentation process for construction credits to ensure LEED Silver certification for this state-of-the-art building featuring reading nooks, a computer lab, and energy-efficient lighting. The project resulted in a 37% reduction in water consumption, a 30% reduction in energy consumption, and over 250 tons of construction debris diverted from landfills. CD Moody Construction served as the general contractor.
