Fulton County’s Central Library completed a $50 million major renovation to its 272,000 SF centerpiece asset. The renovation upgraded the building to a state-of-the-art facility with a heavy focus on drastically reducing the environmental impact of the building. The building certified those sustainability improvements with a LEED Gold Certification.
