The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs completed a $10 million adaptive reuse renovation transforming a 50,000-square-foot, three-story building into a world-class hub for Black entrepreneurship and innovation. The project delivers a welcoming new lobby, flexible learning classrooms, and collaborative workspaces designed to foster connection, education, and business growth.
Additional features include a rooftop learning garden and an amphitheater-style courtyard that extend programming outdoors and strengthen community engagement. Comprehensive sustainability upgrades support long-term performance, and the project is pursuing LEED Silver certification, reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility and resilient design.
