In partnership with Collaborative Housing Solutions, the Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA)
successfully delivered Midtown Villages, a $25 million redevelopment initiative encompassing 200 residential units across 54 buildings on six separate properties. This transformative project focused on the development and renovation of affordable housing to significantly enhance resident livability while strengthening long-term asset performance.

The Dragon Group (TDG) served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, providing comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle. TDG played a critical role in coordinating phased delivery strategies designed to minimize disruption to residents, while ensuring all construction activities remained aligned with budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
