Grady Health System is strategically expanding its network of neighborhood clinics to improve access to high-quality care and address longstanding health inequities across the City of Atlanta. These clinics are designed to bring essential healthcare services closer to the communities that need them most, supporting Grady’s mission of advancing health equity and community wellness.

The Dragon Group, in partnership with Hammes, provided comprehensive Owner’s Representative and Project Management services for four new neighborhood clinic developments. Our role includes oversight of planning, design coordination, schedule and cost management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure the successful delivery of these critical community health facilities.
