Centennial Yards Entertainment District

Centennial Yards is a transformative $5–$6 billion, 50-acre mixed-use redevelopment revitalizing downtown Atlanta by converting the former rail corridor known as The Gulch into a premier entertainment and lifestyle district. Delivering more than 4 million square feet of residential, hospitality, and experiential space, the project — slated for full completion by 2030 — features high-rise apartments, a 14-story hotel, a 5,000-seat music venue, and the immersive Cosm experience highlighted by a 12K LED dome.
