Our team coordinated critical construction activities, including mold remediation efforts, insurance reimbursement processes, building turnover scheduling, monthly
reporting, and contingency tracking to ensure project alignment and financial control.

Centennial Place, Phase 4 involved a substantial renovation of an affordable housing community, encompassing 195 residential units distributed across 22 buildings. TDG’s oversight helped streamline operations, mitigate risk, and support the successful delivery of this large-scale redevelopment.
