Eviva Trinity Mills is a 436-unit luxury transit-oriented development (TOD) in
Carrollton, Texas, scheduled to open in late 2025. Located at the DART Trinity Mills Station, the project features studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, 10,000 sq. ft. of retail, and a 3-acre public esplanade—marking the first phase of a 25-acre mixed-use development.
The Dragon Group (TDG) provided sustainability consulting and certification management, supporting the project in achieving a 2 Green Globes® certification.
