Sustainability was a priority for this project, featuring super energy-efficient lighting, enhanced indoor air quality strategies, low VOC materials, low-flow plumbing, and more. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification and is one of the first LEED v4 Interiors projects certified in Georgia.
