In partnership with LDG Consulting, TDG provided construction management services to the developer. We worked with the developer to coordinate all construction activities, mold remediation and insurance reimbursements, building turnover scheduling, monthly reporting, and contingency tracking.
RESULTS
Centennial Place, Phase 4 was a major renovation of an affordable housing asset consisting of 195 units spread across 22 buildings.
