Description/Results: Spanning an entire city block, 222 Mitchell is the combination of a 1909 brick building and two mid-century modern buildings. The property boasts some of the best 360-degree rooftop views of downtown consisting of 250,000 SF of office space and 70,000 SF of retail. The renovation project is located in the South Downtown area and is a major component of it revitalization.
AC Hotel Savannah
Location; Savannah, Georgia

Description/Results: An 8-story, 128,000 SF select-service branded hotel with 158 guest rooms, market / café, meeting rooms, fitness area, rooftop outdoor swimming pool, rooftop dining area, and outdoor terraces. This hotel is located in River Street East and will be one of Savannah’s most environmentally responsible hotels. The project is pursuing LEED Platinum.

South Deicing Complex
Location: Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Descriptions/Results: The South Deicing Complex consisted of a 14,000 SF operations building; 5 bays for fueling & filling deicing trucks; 2 truck maintenance bays and about 200,000 square yards of airfield pavement. The project was built to LEED specifications and is targeting LEED Silver Certification.
Project: Central Library

Description: Fulton County’s Central Library completed a $50 million major renovation to its 272,000 SF centerpiece asset. The renovation upgraded building to a state of the art facilities with a heavy focus on drastically reducing the environment impact of the building. The building certified those sustainability improvement with a LEED Gold Certification.
Project: Riverwalk at Eastern Wharf

Description: Riverworks at Eastern Wharf is a 306-unit Class-A multifamily development spread across 300,000 SF along the waterfront in Savannah. The development was developed with a healthy building in mind including a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop pool, secure bike storage, a contemporary clubhouse, gaming room, and a cyber lounge with a coffee bar, print station, and professional workstations. The project is pursuing Fitwel Certification to certify its healthy building features.
Project: Prince Hall Masonic Temple

Description: The Prince Hall Masonic Temple will undergo a $29 million historical renovation to the 60,000 SF facility. The renovation will focus on re-positioning the building as well as sustainability and healthy building upgrades including high efficiency building system, building envelope improved, enhanced indoor air quality and filtration, etc. The building is pursuing both LEED and Fitwel Certifications.

Description: The 30,000 SF new construction office consisting of 5 stories will be built on the Historic Ramsay McCormack site at 19th and E. The building will feature state of the art sustainability feature including high performance systems, LED lights, enhanced indoor air quality with cutting filtration, etc. The project is pursuing LEED certification. This is the centerpiece of the revitalization of Ensley area of Birmingham.
Project: Keysight -19 Floor

Description / Results: Keysight – 19th Floor is a 23,000 SF high-end interior build out for Keysight Technologies. Sustainability was a priority for this project. The project includes super energy efficient lighting, enhanced indoor air quality strategies, low VOC materials, low flow plumbing and many more features. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification. This is one of the first LEED v4 Interiors certified in Georgia.

Description/Results: The Dragon Group is providing LEED Construction Documentation. The TDG team was hired by CD Moody to provide specialized services that draw on our construction and sustainability expertise. This long awaited adaptive reuse project broke ground in March. The 31 acre mixed use property is a joint effort between property owner Annie E. Casey Foundation and developers Columbia Venture and The Core Venture Studio.

Project: Eviva Midtown Sacramento

Description / Results: TDG managed the Green Globes certification for Eviva Midtown. Eviva Midtown is a 118 Unit Luxury apartment project in downtown Sacramento consisting of 97,800 SF spread across 6 stories. The project focused on green building principles and was able to achieve all the requirements of CalGreen.
Project: YMCA Center for Leadership and Learning

Project: Southeast Library- Atlanta- Fulton County
Service Provided: Sustainability Consulting, LEED Certification
Description / Results: TDG oversaw the LEED documentation process for construction credits to ensure LEED Silver certification submission for this state of the art building with reading nooks, a computer lab and energy efficiency lighting. The project resulted in 37% reduction in water consumption, 30% reduction in energy consumption and over 250 ton of construction debris diverted from land fills. Our client- CD Moody Construction served as the general contractor.
