In partnership with Hammes, The Dragon Group is providing Owner’s Representation and Project Management services for a significant renovation and strategic repositioning of an existing medical office building for Grady Healthcare. This comprehensive capital project encompasses approximately 100,000 square feet across six floors, designed to modernize clinical spaces, enhance operational efficiency, and support Grady’s long-term healthcare delivery goals.

Delivered through a carefully phased construction approach, the project maintains critical building functions and ensures uninterrupted clinical operations throughout the renovation. This strategy enables ongoing patient care and administrative activities while major interior work — including infrastructure upgrades, space reconfiguration, and building systems improvements — is executed. As part of Grady’s broader campus initiatives, this renovation aligns with the health system’s commitment to expanding access and modernizing care delivery in the Atlanta region.
