This 8-story, 128,000-square-foot select-service branded hotel features 158 guest rooms, a market café, meeting spaces, fitness center, rooftop outdoor swimming pool, rooftop dining area, and expansive outdoor terraces. Situated on River Street East, the property is designed to stand among Savannah’s most environmentally responsible hospitality developments.

Through strategic guidance and the integration of high-performance building systems and environmentally responsible design practices, the project successfully achieved LEED Platinum certification—demonstrating a strong commitment to energy efficiency, resource conservation, and occupant wellness.
