Randall C. Dragon
Randall is an expert leader in Owner’s Representation/Advisory, Program/Project Management for high-impact commercial real estate projects. With 25+ years of experience leading complex projects across higher education, healthcare, aviation, automotive and public sectors, he guides organizations through TDGs process covering every phase of development – from concept and planning to construction and building turnover.

Yvonne Dragon
Yvonne leads the strategic direction of The Dragon Group, not limited to business development and talent management. She also drives sustainability strategy for select clients. Yvonne is also the visionary behind TDG’s year-round internship program to expose black students to entrepreneurship, sustainability, and construction – a program that reflects TDG’s core mission and community commitment.
