Our team has over 20 years of experience ranging from sustainability master planning to real estate management to owner’s representation.

Our deep knowledge of sustainability is attributed to learning the key elements and tenants of the industry since its widespread inception and acceptance of LEED in the early 2000’s.

Our staff and team have Program Management and Construction Management experience with large scale projects including Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the Georgia Dome and World Congress Center for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and the new home of the Atlanta Braves- Sun Trust Park. In addition, our team has managed more than 5M SF of sustainable/LEED projects and more than $500M in real estate projects include 15 states across the Southeast and United States.


Randall C. Dragon

Chief Sustainability Officer / Partner

He is Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer for The Dragon Group. A proven leader in the green building industry, Randall has managed more than 3MM SF of sustainable/LEED projects and more than $500MM in real estate development projects. He has more than 18 years of experience in real estate development, construction management and sustainable consulting. Randall is a licensed contractor with a deep and diverse background in managing construction projects of various types, but he has a passion for sustainable real estate development and wants to make an impact on how buildings affects the environment. Randall received his B.S in Building Construction from the University of Florida and MBA from Clark Atlanta University. He was elected as ENR’s Southeast Top 20 under 40 Class of 2014 and ULI Center for Leadership Class of 2016.

Yvonne J. Dragon

Chief Strategist / Partner

She is Partner and Chief Strategist for The Dragon Group. Yvonne has over 20 years of consulting, program management, strategy and marketing experience. She has worked with major organizations including Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, US Small Business Administration, US Department of Commerce, Atlanta Business League, Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber. In her previous life, Yvonne started and ran her own boutique consulting firm focused on startups. Her impactful work lead Yvonne to be named one of Atlanta Business League’s Small Business Women of the Year. In 2010, Dragon was appointed by the Atlanta City Council to the Atlanta Commission on Women to lead change related to women’s entrepreneurship. Yvonne participates as an entrepreneurial expert and business coach for local and national events including Black Enterprise’s Annual Small Business Summit and Atlanta City Council Ceasar Mitchell’s Back to Business event.
